New TrueCam Ax GPS with SPEED DETECTION

Using the GPS module you can record your GPS location and speed. You can choose whether the data recorded is displayed or not and written only to the GPS log file on the memory card. The GPS module is very fast and so avoids lengthy waits when connecting to a satellite, as is often the case with competing brands.

The GPS module also includes the so-called passive speed camera detection which works with a database of fixed speed cameras, average speed cameras and red light cameras. When approaching a speed camera you will be alerted by an audible signal. The module includes a database of speed cameras and intersections throughout Europe.

The GPS module is removable.

The GPS module also includes a voice feature that allows TrueCam to tell you all the necessary information, such as when you are connected to a GPS satellite. The voice function can be deactivated at any time.
